International Shipping Cut-Off Dates

Extended Christmas Returns Window
To make Christmas gifting stress-free, we are extending our returns window for purchases made between 18 November 2024 and 24 December 2024. Eligible items can be returned for an exchange or refund until 31 December 2024.
This extended window applies to both online and in-store purchases, provided all return conditions are met.
Online Purchases
For full-price items purchased online (excluding jewellery), we offer a refund or store credit within 7 days of receiving the item, provided it meets our return conditions. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Sale Items
For sale items purchased online (excluding jewellery), we provide an exchange or store credit for change of mind within 7 days of receiving the item, with a valid receipt and in original condition. No refunds are available for sale items unless they are faulty.
Final Reduction Items
No exchanges or refunds are offered for items marked as final reduction.
Archive Sale Items
- Garments and Shoes: Customers may return garments and shoes if they do not fit. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, and no free shipping is provided. Returns are accepted for store credit only; no refunds will be issued.
- Bags: Items in the Archive Sale are not eligible for returns.
In-Store Purchases
In-store purchases (excluding jewellery) can be exchanged or credited to store credit within 7 days, provided return conditions are met.
Return Conditions
- Item is unworn, unaltered, unwashed, and resalable.
- Item is undamaged.
- Proof of purchase is provided.
- Original packaging and tags are attached.
Refund Method
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7 days of approval. Shipping costs for returns, except for faulty items, are the customer's responsibility.
Faulty Items
If your item is faulty, you’re entitled to a replacement or refund under Australian Consumer Law. Please contact us with a description and photos of the fault at info@adolfodominguez.com.au.
Online Returns to Stores
Online returns and exchanges are accepted in our Australia-wide stores. Items must be in saleable condition and returned within 7 days of the delivery date.

Exchange Policy
Exchanges for different sizes, colours, or styles are not available through the online store. Please follow the returns process and place a new order. Exchanges can be made in our Adolfo Dominguez Australia stores nationwide.
